- Sector research and market intelligence; we provide horizon-scanning research for companies or organisations wishing to explore or understand new agricultural markets in Latin America, conduct competitor benchmarking or understand their regulatory environment (Holcim, Rainforest Alliance and Ecomercados).
- Strategic advice on how these impacts should be managed, measured and improved upon to deliver real value throughout the supply chain (Rainforest Alliance, Nestlé Nespresso and Walmart).
- Training toolkits and frameworks; the sustainable agriculture agenda is a constantly evolving one. We help to frame the issues, develop training materials and advise on how to assess progress and generate value (see our work on Walmart).
